Before I was born

Yesterday Emma was asking about when she was in my belly. I was trying to explain without "really" explaining. (not ready for sex talks with a just turned 4 year old) She said "Daddy was in Pipers" I agreed. She asked if that was when she was in my belly. I said "No. that was before you were even in my belly" She asked "why wasn't I in there yet?" I said "well honey you just weren't in there yet" She thought a minute adn said "Oh yeah. That's when I was still with God" I smiled and said "You're right baby" Sometimes she amazes me with her insights.
